Our Rebuild Process:

• Strip & Inspect: We chemically clean every component to identify wear that the naked eye might miss.

• The Upgrade: We replace standard bearings with premium Timken/SKF/KOYO bearings and install uprated internal components where available.

• Shimming & Tolerance: A gearbox relies on millimetre-perfect spacing (shimming). We hand-measure and set the pre-load on your bearings for the tightest possible tolerance.

• The Savings: By rebuilding your unit, you avoid the massive markup of a Dealer Exchange Unit.
