Detailed Inspection & Diagnosis:

This is where expertise is crucial. Each part is meticulously inspected for wear, damage, cracks, heat stress, or other signs of failure. We identify precisely which components need replacing.

Component Replacement:

We replace all worn or damaged parts (like bearings, seals, and synchromesh rings, which are often standard replacements in a quality rebuild) along with any specifically identified faulty components, using only high-quality, durable parts.

Precise Reassembly:

The gearbox is carefully reassembled, ensuring all tolerances, clearances, and torque settings meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.

Reinstallation & Testing:

The rebuilt gearbox is expertly reinstalled into your vehicle. We refill it with the correct grade and quantity of fresh gearbox oil and conduct final checks and road tests to ensure smooth shifting, quiet operation, and optimal performance.
